Yes, the chance of pregnancy increases so so much more. Naturally, the love making happens when the wife is ovulating. It’s up to the couple, & indeed the stud, of the husband stays in the room, watching his missus being impregnated by her lover, or be in the next room—-or indeed not be there at all.
Another reason for this new approach is that birth rates in developed countries has, & is falling, hence drastic action is needed. AND, perhaps controversial here, the need therefore to have less immigration, as babies can be born to nationals ie to residents!
Overall, a win win situation for all. The government saves MEGA bucks, the wife’s pregnancy is almost guaranteed, the studs (highly sexed young men) enjoy good sex, AND are performing a public service; & last, but not least, the husband can have some really really good ‘masturbates’ as he watches the lover fill his wife’s fertile womb with his potent ‘love’.
