Discovered that an old classic German poem called Verklarte Nacht, written in 1895, by one Richard Dehmel was about a couple, but where the wife admits to her husband that she’d been impregnated by another man; indeed she’d wanted this man’s baby.
The husband was forgiving; indeed even condoning her act, (as it maybe even have turned him on?). This husband is what’s called a Wittol; well, a certain specialist type of cuckold. ‘Wittol’, a very archaic word, sadly, seldom used now, but surely SHOULD be. I do think it’s in the ‘Urban Dictionary’ though.
In the ‘weakest’ sense it signifies someone who tolerates their wife cuckolding him; in a ‘stronger’ sense, a Wittol even condones the cuckoldress actions of his wife, & in an extreme sense, actually watches his wife being pleasured by her lovers, ‘enjoying’ himself in the process.
Then, following this poem, a modern classical composer, Arnold Schoenberg (VERY difficult music to listen too), wrote a ‘tone poem’ based on this poem, & also called Verklarte Nacht; maybe his best known work. Not sure, but ‘twas alleged that his wife was impregnated by her lover, hence his inspiration for his composition!
So remember the word ‘Wittol’!
Cuckold pregnancies are what the BEST dreams are made off! Anyone agree?
FUCK MY WIFE!
